Rekindle Health is an online coaching and counseling platform that connects women to help guide them along in their struggles with polycystic ovarian syndrome, lifestyle challenges, grief, and unhealthy food cravings.
Hi, I'm Jen!
I’m an Integrative Health Coach, Certified Holistic Biblical Counselor, and face behind Rekindle Health. My health journey started when I was 15. I struggled with body image, self-confidence, and food. I had challenges with adrenal fatigue and blood sugar imbalances, and I was misdiagnosed with depression. Later I found an amazing doctor who diagnosed me with PCOS. I changed my habits and felt amazing until later on when menopause decided to show up. I face the challenges of holding onto the weight, however, I have learned not to let that get me down.
I went through the grief of losing both parents to cancer, and with my spiritual journey, I went from feeling like an orphan to finding my identity in Christ! I love inspiring women to realize that their health goes beyond finding acceptance from a scale.

PCOS Program
This four-week course is designed to help bring awareness to what polycystic ovarian syndrome is and the best ways to combat the pesky symptoms associated with it.

1:1 Coaching
The six-month PCOS coaching program is for those who desire more one-on-one time, accountability, goal setting, motivation, biweekly check-ins, and a buddy system.

Nourished Program
Nourished is a five-week wellness devotional program centered on exercise, food, and the fruit of the holy spirit.

1:1 Counseling
For those who need more in-depth support, counseling is centered around scripture, sermons, books, and other ways to help you heal.
