What is PCOS?
Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome – PCOS is a hormone imbalance that affects 1-20 women of childbearing age. PCOS can lead to inflammation in the body brought on by sugar and processed foods. Inflammation in the body can lead to ailments such as obesity, insulin resistance, acne, diabetes, and heart disease. Symptoms of PCOS are facial hair, stomach bloating, weight gain, and irregular periods to name a few.

Four-Week PCOS Program
I created a four-week Informative program to give insight into what PCOS is, the hormones at play with PCOS, what eating lifestyle is best, the importance of exercise, what your food cravings mean, and why sleep is so important. I also go over the role dairy and soy play, and why fiber is important.
Health Matters-You Matter
I offer a six-month coaching program for those who don’t want to join in on the four-week PCOS informative program.
The six-month coaching program is a total of 12 biweekly 1-hour sessions. This time together we will create realistic health goals, go over the primary and secondary foods, and identify your triggers to unwanted foods. I will motivate and hold you accountable to changing your bad habits, identify your ailments, and work with you to give you a better eating lifestyle so you can gain the confidence to maintain new healthy habits, I check in with you on the weeks we don’t connect making sure you are doing okay and to listen for any struggles you may have. The journey to good health takes time and you should never feel alone and frustrated so I will walk alongside you. I will help you gain confidence and show you how to celebrate each goal you achieve.
